  • Experience the ultimate comfort food with this warm and gooey Banana Bread Pudding. It's a delightful twist on a classic dessert, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while using up those ripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • 6–7 slices of bread (whatever is about to go stale)
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. On a cutting board, cut bread into small cubes. Place onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to help dry the bread out.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ripe bananas and mush.
  3. Add in beaten eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and stir.
  4. Once fully mixed, add bread and let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add in chocolate chips. Stir together, and spoon mix into a large muffin tin. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Scoop your favorite ice cream or whipped cream and top with chocolate syrup.
  7. Enjoy!
