  • Get your chocolate fix with these dark chocolate peanut butter truffles that are both rich and indulgent. The creamy peanut butter and dark chocolate create a deliciously addictive combination.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized pan, combine dark chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat. Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour mixture into a bread pan.
  3. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for an hour to cool down.
  4. With an ice cream scoop form balls from the mixture (refreeze if truffle begins to melt).
  5. In a small bowl, melt peanut butter. On a cutting board, crush peanuts.
  6. Dip the truffle in melted peanut butter.
  7. Roll in crushed peanuts.
  8. Place back in the fridge for 10 minutes.
