  • These frozen smoothie pops are a refreshing and healthy snack for a hot summer day. Made with your favorite fruits and creamy yogurt, these pops are packed with protein and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Place six small paper cups on a baking tray and fill the cups with the smoothie and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Place one popsicle stick in the center of each cup and freeze again for one hour or until solid.
  4. Rip the paper cups from the popsicle.
  5. Enjoy!
