Ingredients
- 1½ cups cooked white rice
- 2 (5.29-ounce) cans tuna
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons seasoned seaweed snack
- 3 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the cooked rice, tuna, scallions, seasoned seaweed, mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Stir together using a spatula until all the components are combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
- Using your hands, mold the rice mixture into a ball, and serve with extra kewpie!
