Ingredients
- 2 hash browns
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup microgreens or fresh herbs
- 1 egg, poached or fried
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Air-fry your hash browns to package instructions until crispy and golden.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl to the desired chunkiness. Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the avocado evenly over the hash browns. Add microgreens or herbs of choice, and finish off 1 of the hash browns with a poached or fried egg. Optionally, serve with chili oil drizzle!
