Ingredients

  • 2 hash browns
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup microgreens or fresh herbs
  • 1 egg, poached or fried
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Air-fry your hash browns to package instructions until crispy and golden.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl to the desired chunkiness. Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the avocado evenly over the hash browns. Add microgreens or herbs of choice, and finish off 1 of the hash browns with a poached or fried egg. Optionally, serve with chili oil drizzle!
  4. Enjoy!
