Ingredients

  • 14 frozen dumplings
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • ½ cup arugula
  • ¼ cup microgreens
  • ½ cup cherry tomato halves
  • grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry your favorite frozen dumplings according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a resealable jar or container. Place the lid on the jar and shake to mix the dressing ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, start assembling your salad. Add the arugula, microgreens, and cherry tomatoes, followed by the cooked dumplings. If needed, shake the dressing jar to recombine ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
