- Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef is a deliciously savory and slightly sweet dish featuring tender slices of beef simmered in a rich, flavorful sauce made with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Cooked low and slow, the beef becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender, soaking up the bold, umami-packed sauce. Perfectly paired with steamed rice and a sprinkle of scallions, this comforting dish is an easy, restaurant-quality meal you can enjoy at home. Visit groovyfoodiess.com for more of Sarah's recipes!

- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup and 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced steak and the cornstarch until fully coated. Add to the slow cooker.
