Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- ¼ English cucumber, cubed
- 1 tablespoon pure matcha powder
- 1 inch piece peeled ginger root
- 1¼ cup coconut water
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Mix until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed. For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
- Enjoy!
